Chidambaranar Port Authority (Tamil Nadu), and Paradip Port Authority (Odisha) as Green Hydrogen Hubs. The National Green Hydrogen Mission follows a cluster-based development approach, focusing on the creation of Hydrogen Valley Innovation Clusters (HVICs).
