The appointment comes as the current Managing Director, Ravi Viswanathan, prepares to retire during the 2026–27 financial year. Extensive Global Leadership Experience
Vikas Chadha brings more than three decades of leadership experience across multinational organizations. He is widely recognized for his strength in strategy execution and his ability to manage geographically diverse operations, making him well-suited to lead a global supply chain enterprise like TVS Supply Chain Solutions.

His professional journey began with Larsen & Toubro, where he served as Branch Sales Head for Telecom Products in 2000. He later took on the role of National Sales Manager for India at Sharp Electronics, followed by a stint as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he gained deep exposure to strategic advisory and business transformation.

Proven Track Record Across Industries
Chadha spent 12 years at Honeywell, holding multiple leadership roles that further strengthened his expertise in managing complex businesses and driving performance across markets. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Jumbo Electronics Group, a position he assumed in October 2021, where he led the company through a phase of growth and strategic development.

His diverse background across consulting, technology, electronics, and industrial sectors positions him strongly to guide TVS Supply Chain Solutions through its next phase of global expansion.
