October is shaping up to be a blockbuster month for investors as India’s primary market gears up for a massive Rs 27,000 crore IPO wave. Headlined by Tata Capital and LG Electronics India, the coming week promises exciting opportunities with five new IPOs and as many as 29 listings set to hit the bourses.

Tata Capital IPO: The Biggest Issue of 2025
Tata Capital, a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC), is all set to launch its highly awaited IPO from October 6 to 8. The issue, valued at Rs 15,500 crore, will be the largest IPO of 2025. The price band has been fixed at Rs 310–Rs 326 per share, with a lot size of 46 shares.
The offering includes a fresh issue of 21 crore shares worth Rs 6,846 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 26.58 crore shares. Promoter Tata Sons will sell 23 crore shares, while International Finance Corporation (IFC) will offload 3.58 crore shares. The mega issue totals 47.58 crore shares, marking a significant milestone for the Tata Group’s financial arm.

LG Electronics India IPO: Global Tech Giant’s Big Move
Hot on Tata Capital’s heels, LG Electronics India will open its IPO from October 7 to 9, aiming to raise Rs 11,607 crore. Unlike Tata Capital, this issue will be entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS), with no fresh shares issued.
The South Korean parent, LG Electronics Inc., plans to sell 10.18 crore shares in the price range of Rs 1,080–Rs 1,140 per share, with a lot size of 13 shares. This IPO marks LG’s strategic entry into India’s capital markets, reflecting the growing interest of global corporations in Indian equity participation.

Rubicon Research IPO: Pharma Innovation in Focus
Adding to the action, Rubicon Research Ltd, a pharmaceutical formulations company known for its strong R&D base, will open its IPO from October 9 to 13. The company seeks to raise Rs 1,377.50 crore, including Rs 500 crore in fresh equity and Rs 877.5 crore via OFS by promoter General Atlantic Singapore RR Pte Ltd.
The funds will be used to expand Rubicon’s product portfolio and strengthen its global reach in the formulation and research space.

Anantam Highways Trust IPO: Infrastructure InvIT Joins the Party
The infrastructure segment sees new activity with Anantam Highways Trust, an InvIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust), launching its IPO from October 7 to 9. The Rs 400 crore issue, priced at Rs 98–100 per unit, will raise funds primarily to finance loans to its SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles) and for general corporate purposes.

Mittal Sections IPO: SME Spotlight
On the SME side, Mittal Sections Ltd a manufacturer of mild and structural steel products will open its IPO from October 7 to 10. The company plans to raise Rs 52.91 crore through a fresh issue of 37 lakh shares, priced between Rs 136–Rs 143.
Mittal Sections’ product portfolio includes bars, flats, angles, and channels, catering to the construction and engineering industries.

29 Companies Set to List: A Busy Week Ahead
The coming week will also witness 29 companies making their market debut, adding to the excitement for retail and institutional investors alike. Firms expected to list include Pace Digitek, Glottis, Fabtech Technologies, Om Freight Forwarders, Advance Agrolife, WeWork India, Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex, Manas Polymers, KVS Castings, MPK Steels, Bhavik Enterprises, Ameenji Rubber, Dhillon Freight Carrier, Om Metallogic, Suba Hotels, Vijaypd Ceutical, Sodhani Capital, Munish Forge, Sheel Biotech, Chiraharit, Zelio E-Mobility, BAG Convergence, Infinity Infoway, Sunsky Logistics, Valplast Technologies, Greenleaf Envirotech, DSM Fresh Foods, Shlokka Dyes, and NSB BPO Solutions.
