BJP president Nadda, MP Anurag Thakur to participate in Tiranga Yatra in Solan

As the spirit of patriotism sweeps across Himachal Pradesh, BJP national president and Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare J P Nadda is all set to visit Solan on Monday, where he will participate in a grand Tiranga Yatra on the iconic Mall Road. Joining him in this significant event will be Member of Parliament Anurag Thakur, along with several senior leaders of the BJP.

The Tiranga Yatra is more than just a rally; it is a strong symbol of national pride and unity. According to Himachal BJP president Dr. Rajiv Bindal, this yatra will mark a momentous occasion, celebrating India's vibrant democracy and honouring its enduring democratic values. The event will be graced by senior party functionaries including state in-charge Shrikant Sharma, co-incharge Sanjay Tandon, Leader of the Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, and others, who will also participate in a core committee meeting during the visit.

Telangana Marks 11th Formation Day with Visionary Youth Scheme

In Telangana, preparations are underway to celebrate the state’s 11th Formation Day on June 2. The event will be observed with grandeur across Hyderabad and other district centers. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka recently chaired a coordination meeting to oversee the arrangements.

As part of the celebrations, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will pay homage to the martyrs at the Martyrs’ Memorial, followed by a flag hoisting ceremony at Parade Grounds. Distinguished guests, including a Japanese delegation and the reigning Miss World, will add global prominence to the festivities.

On this day, the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government is also expected to launch the ambitious Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme aimed at empowering the youth of Telangana. With over 16.22 lakh applications already received, district-level committees have been busy scrutinizing them. The final list of eligible beneficiaries will be unveiled on Monday by respective district in-charge ministers.

India Strengthens Maritime Diplomacy: Sonowal Heads to Norway and Denmark

Meanwhile, on the international front, Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal is set to commence a five-day visit to Norway and Denmark starting Monday. This visit holds strategic importance in boosting India’s maritime partnerships with key Northern European nations.

Sonowal will lead the Team India delegation, which includes senior officials from both the central and state governments, as well as industry leaders from the private sector. The delegation will visit the Oslo Port Authority to explore cooperative opportunities.

In Denmark, the minister will also interact with students of the 'Blue MBA' program at Copenhagen Business School, highlighting India’s high-growth economic trajectory and the global opportunities it presents for young professionals and business leaders.
